Evidentiary issues on benefits beyond Age 65, “Arising out of and in the course of”, Chronic Pain, Mental Stress post Plesner, and the “economic test” in occupational disease cases.

Highlights of Symposium:

Practical tips on evidentiary issues on working past age 65, addressing causation in relation to “arising out of and in the course of” presumption under section 5(4) of the Act, mental stress cases post Plesner, and the economic test in occupational disease cases.
